If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it and be refunded, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to send us your request. In this case, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.Here&apos;s what you need to do:<ol><li>Write to us through the contact form you find by clicking here, specifying the order number, the item you intend to return and the item you wish to replace it with;</li><li>Silverskin will arrange for you to pick up the item to be returned based on your preferences regarding pickup location and date;</li><li>Pack the item to be returned and wait for the courier to collect on the agreed date and place (there is no label to print and paste on the package, the courier will take care of everything);</li><li>Once the item has reached our warehouse, its condition will be checked, and, if the item is found to be suitable, within the next 48 hours you will receive a refund equal to 100% of the amount spent except for shipping costs which amount to &#x20AC;7.90 (or 10.00&#x20AC; for Europe and 30.00&#x20AC; for USA and Canada).</li></ol>Example&#xA0;You purchase a long-sleeved shirt worth &#x20AC;99.90. Once you receive it, you realize that the product does not meet 100% of your expectations, and you decide to return it by contacting us and following the procedure described above. Once the shirt arrives at the warehouse, Silverskin will verify the item&apos;s suitability and provide a refund through the same payment method as the original order while retaining the &#x20AC;7.90 shipping charge (or 10.00&#x20AC; for Europe and 30.00&#x20AC; for USA and Canada). I want to return an item and get a refund

Have you purchased an item but changed your mind and want to change the pattern or colour? Here's what to do.

If you wish to replace the product you purchased with another one that is different in model or color, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to send us your request. Once you receive it, you realize that you would have preferred the short-sleeve model. So you decide to return the long sleeve jersey and purchase the short sleeve model. You follow the above procedure and the long sleeve jersey arrives at the Silverskin warehouse, where the item is checked for eligibility for refund. At this point, Silverskin will make the refund through the same payment method as the original order while retaining the &#x20AC;7.90 shipping charge (or &#x20AC;10.00 for Europe and &#x20AC;30.00 for USA and Canada).
