I would like to return an item and change pattern or colorUpdated a year ago

If you wish to replace the product you purchased with another one that is different in model or color, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to send us your request. In this case, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Write to us through the contact form you find by clicking here, specifying the order number, the item you intend to return and the one you wish to replace it with;
  2. Silverskin will arrange for you to pick up the item to be returned based on your preferences regarding pickup location and date;
  3. Pack the item to be returned and wait for the courier to pass by on the agreed date and place (there is no label to print and paste on the package, the courier will take care of everything);
  4. Once the item has reached our warehouse, its condition will be checked and, if the item is found to be suitable, within the next 48 hours you will receive a refund equal to 100% of the amount spent except for the shipping costs which amount to €7.90 (or €10.00 for Europe and €30.00 for USA and Canada). 
  5. At that point, I may place a new order with the product you are interested in. (If you are in a hurry and want to speed up the process, you can place the new order at any time, even before the refund is made. However, this does not imply that a refund will be made if the product is not in the condition necessary for a refund, as explained below).

Example 

You purchase a long-sleeved shirt worth €99.90. Once you receive it, you realize that you would have preferred the short-sleeve model. So you decide to return the long sleeve jersey and purchase the short sleeve model. You follow the above procedure and the long sleeve jersey arrives at the Silverskin warehouse, where the item is checked for eligibility for refund. At this point, Silverskin will make the refund through the same payment method as the original order while retaining the €7.90 shipping charge (or €10.00 for Europe and €30.00 for USA and Canada). You then receive a credit of €92.00 and can proceed with a new order (or of €89.90 if you purchased from Europe, €69.90 if you purchased from USA or Canada).

What characteristics must the returned item have to receive a refund?

For the procedure to be successful, the returned items must be:

  • Undamaged;
  • Unused;
  • Not washed;
  • We do not accept returns on items obtained through sweepstakes.
