If you are satisfied with your purchase but want to try on a different size, you have 30 days from the order delivery date to send us your request. The return shipping costs and the cost of sending the new size are both the responsibility of Silverskin.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Write to us through the contact form found by clicking here specifying your order number, the item you intend to return, and the size you would like to receive;
2. Silverskin will arrange for you to pick up the item to be returned based on your preferences regarding pickup location and date;
3. Pack the item to be returned and wait for the courier to pick up on the agreed date and place (there is no label to print and paste on the package, the courier will take care of everything);
4. Once the item has reached our warehouse, its condition will be checked and, if the item is found to be suitable, we will send you the correct size to the shipping address of the original order (unless you specify otherwise).

What features must the returned item have to receive a new size?

For the procedure to be successful, returned items must be:

• Not damaged;
• Unused;
• Not washed;
• We do not accept returns on items obtained through sweepstakes.
